No Man's Land - Page 39
I'm at my parents-in-law's house on Christmas Eve, writing the final blurb for No Man's Land Chapter 1.
Nothing fancy to say here except for Merry Christmas, if you celebrate it, and if not, Happy Holidays. I
want to thank James for sticking with the project, and to my wife Diana for her patience with it as well.
If you like the comic, let us now, we'd be more than happy to hear from you. All the best; happy New Year's.

No Man's Land - Page 39
It's been a long trip through Chapter 1 of No Man's Land. This project originally started, for me, about
two years ago, and even longer than that for Chris since I started after he finished writing the first drafts
of the story. The bulk of the drawing, inking, shading, etc was done during a brief period of unemployment on
my part, between January and March of 2009. With an insane amount of time invested in each page, and thirty-nine
pages in Chapter 1 alone, it was both a frustrating learning experience and a fun way to do what I love.
Now that we're at the end of the chapter, it all feels a little unreal to have it up there, finished, and
ready for folks to view. I hope you enjoy it as much as we've enjoyed creating it. If you haven't had a chance
yet, please be sure to go and give it a read from the beginning to the end. Since we tried to make the comic
read in a slow-burn, drawn out style (hoping to pick up a feeling for the area of Idaho along the way), I
believe it will read a lot better all in one go. Of course, I rather feel that way about any comic.
Until next time, dear readers. This is us, signing off.
